Please note, if you ship back your item without an approved return, the item will be shipped back to you.
Perfectus Clothing Responsibilities:
1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It’s clearly broken and unusable)
2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
3. The size sent is not the same as the one requested. Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)
Customers have the right to receive a new product depending on the product availability. In case the product is not available customer will receive a refund.
The information you need to send:
- Order number
- Reason for return (wrong size / defect highlighted)
- Clear Picture of the Product
• We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or a refund.
• Once our supplier receives the item, we will resend a new product and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if Perfectus Clothing is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.
- The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
- Customer simply wants a change for another product or return it (we only accept exchange for the same kind of products : clothes - clothes, bikini - bikini etc.)
- Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
- Color is slightly different from the picture.
- Material quality is not exactly what the customer want.
1. If the the customers want an exchange, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. If the customers want a refund, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was sent and $15 per products will be deducted from your refund for restocking fee.
What is the procedure?
Once our supplier receives the item, we will send a new product or apply for a refund. Please check shipping policy if you need to.
Conditions to apply for an exchange or refund:
1. All returns must first be approved by our customer care team at email@example.com. We will not accept any return requested by social media or any other method other than email.

Help to file the template:
1. Tell us where to track the package, a tracking number will be provided by your local post when you send the package back to us. Make sure to note it down and give it to us.
2. Give us a list of the products inside the package you just resent.
3. Let us know if you wish an exchange (for which product and what size) > We only accept exchange for the same kind of products: clothes vs clothes, bikini vs bikini etc. Or a refund (option only available if you did not use any Discount Count on the order)
4. Confirm the address where your order was originally sent.
5. If you choose Exchange in Point 4: Please confirm your own address where we will be sending the new package.
2. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and original packaging.
3. We do not accept refund on items where a discount coupon is applied or any other kind of price reduction (unless a customer receives a wrong item).
4. No exchange or refund requests will be accepted 10 days after delivery, for any reason. The customers have to resend the products in these 10 days or the exchange/refund can be refused.
5. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless wrong item was sent.
6. Refund may take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement.
7. We do not accept any return if the "sealing label" is torn.
8. We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid.
9. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted.
10. You have maximum 3 months to claim a package not received. Please contact us for further help or questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR COMPLETE ADDRESS AND ALL INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT. IN CASE OF DELIVERY ISSUE DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, MISSING INFORMATION ETC. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR RESEND THE PRODUCTS.
